EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT

 Exchanges and store credit will be offered but limited to the following:

  • Orders past 30 days of purchased date.
  • Used and damaged decals. *Decals must be unused and in original conditions*
  • Customized designs and lettering.

If your order qualifies for an exchange, make your request through our Contact Us page.

 

REFUNDS

 NO refunds will be issued unless order qualifies for cancelation. ­­

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if they have not been processed. Please contact us to inquire your order status.
  • If an ordered has been processed and NOT shipped a 15% restocking fee will apply and ONLY store credit will be issued. 
  • If an ordered has been processed AND shipped, it is your responsibility to return the package when you receive it. It must be returned in its original condition and not opened. Once received and approved, a 20% restocking fee will apply and ONLY store credit will be issued.
  • Certain terms listed above do not apply to customized decals.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER 

Any changes must be requested through our Contact Us page. Please email us to request your order status and we will notify you if the change(s) can be made.

 Please keep in mind that most orders get processed immediately.

  • If your order has been processed a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
  • We will contact you if additional charges will apply or if store credit will be issued.
  • All terms listed above apply to customized decals.

 

CUSTOMIZED DESIGNS

Customized designs requested through our customizable link are final sale. Your order CANNOT be canceled, exchanged or refunded.

Otherwise, they can only be canceled if they have not been processed. These designs include customizable fonts and designs found in our online catalog.

  • Dee-cal Frenzy reserves the rights of all customized designs to be used in any form.

 

INSTALLATION

Dee-cal Frenzy is not responsible for any installations. We will not refund or exchange any designs due to installation issues. Due keep in mind that if minor parts of a design get damaged we will be happy to send you the replacements under our discretion. Contact us for a request. We may require some images for verification. 

 

COLOR SELECTION

Colors displayed online are computer generated and do not fully represent our color selection. We provide color charts available for everyone to purchase for an accurate view of our vinyl and colors. 

 

SHIPPING / INSURANCE

Dee-cal Frenzy uses United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship out your decals. We are NOT held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages that occur in transit. We do offer insurance for all orders to give you peace of mind. 

Added insurance will cover damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

If insurance is not added and your package is damaged, lost, or stolen contact your local USPS office to either file a claim or find out where your package may be located if you have not received your package. We provide all customers a tracking number to follow your package transit.  

 

DISCOUNTS

Multiple Discount Codes cannot be used in a single transaction. No discounts apply to custom orders.
